Stephen's Korean BBQ w Chicken

Ingredients
Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, 4lbsSoy Sauce, 1 cupWater, tap, 1 cupBrown Sugar, 1 cup, packedPepper, black, 1 tbspSesame Oil, .25 cupMinced Garlic, .25 cupMinced Ginger Root, 4 tbsp4 Green Onions Thin sliced at a diagonal
Directions
Tenderize Chicken into thin pieces.

Pour soy sauce, water, brown sugar, black pepper, and sesame oil into a
large, non-metallic bowl.

Whisk until the sugar dissolves.

Stir in garlic, ginger, and onions.

Tenderize meat and submerge Chicken in the marinade.

Cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate overnight (at least 4 hours).

Cook on Medium High Heat on the Grill and serve. I usually eat it with brown rice and veggies.
