Fresh Athenos Salsa

Ingredients
2 cups chopped tomatoes1 can (10oz.) diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained1/2 cup chopped green peppers1/2 cup chopped cucumbers3 cloves garlic, minced1 tbsp. vegetable oil3 tbsp. finley chopped fresh cilantro1 tbsp red wine vinegar1 pkg. (8oz) Athenos Traditional Feta Cheese, crumbled2 tbsp = one serving
Directions
Chop all ingredients up, place in a bowl, mix together and serve with pita bread or tortilla chips. Enjoy! :o)
