Chicken Quesadillas

Ingredients
1 i/2 cups Old El Paso Spicy Fat Free Refried Beans1 cup of cottage cheese2 Breasts of chicken boiled and chunked into small pieces3/4 of a cup of mozzerella cheeseJuice and zest of 1 lemon1 cup of onions finely diced4 garlic cloves minced1 TBS of rosemary1/4 Tsp of nutmeg1/8 Tsp pepper1/2 Tsp of seasoned salt12 Low Carb 7 " tortillas
Directions
Combine first 11 ingredients in a bowl, drop 2 Tablespoonfuls into each tortilla and fold in half bake on cookie sheet.

You can make them ahead of time and freeze them or refridgerate them so all you have to do is take them out and bake them..
