Raw Black Beans - 0.25 cup, 1 serving (remove)Raw Pinto Beans - 0.25 cup, 1 serving (remove)Raw rajma - 0.5 cup, 0.5 serving (remove)Kale, 2.5 cup, chopped (remove)*Canola Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)Onions, raw, 0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)Ginger Root, 1 tsp (remove)Garlic, 1 tsp (remove)*Cumin seed, 1 tsp (remove)Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 large whole (3" dia) (remove)
Soak all beans o/n and pressure cook next day.
Heat oil , add cumin seeds and add onions, saute, add grated ginger-garlic paste. Add chopped tomatoes and greens and saute. Now add cooked beans, water, cumin powder, chilli powder, salt and sugar. Cook until beans are tender.
