Easy Chicken Stir Fry

2 boneless, chicken breast, cut in piecesone bag of frozen stir fry veggiessmall amount of margarinebrown or white rice, cooked as directed
saute chicken in fry pan (or wok) in margarine for until pink disappears and is cooked pretty much through. Add a touch of salt and pepper
Add the vegetables and mix well. Let cook down for a minute then lower heat, cover and stir occasionally until vegetables are done.
Serve over cooked rice. May add a bit of soy sause for taste.
