Ingredients
0.8 cups of oats0.4 cups of white flour0.4 cups of brown flour0.4 cups of raisins0.25 cups of dried chopped apricots1 tbsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt50 g butter1.3 cups of mild yoghurt0.4 cups of honey, runnyIN SWEDISH:2 dl havregryn2 dl vetemjöl2 dl grahamsmjöl1 dl russin1/2 dl hackade torkade aprikoser1 msk bakpulver1/2 tsk salt50 g smör3 dl yoghurt eller fil1/2 dl flytande honung
Directions
Makes 12 scones.

Heat up the oven to 225 degrees.
Mix all the dry ingredients.
Add the butter, yoghurt and honey and mix well with your fingers.
Make 12 piles with a spoon on a baking tray. Use your fingers to make them a little rounder and flatten them a little.
Bake in the middle of the oven for 15 minutes.
Serve fresh out of the oven with butter and perhaps cheese.


IN SWEDISH:

12 scones.

Sätt ugnen på 225 grader.
Rör ihop alla torra ingredienser i en stor bunke.
Rör i smör, fil eller yoghurt och honung. Blanda väl med fingrarna.
Klicka ut degen på en bakplåt med en sked. Forma till och platta till klickarna.
Grädda i mitten av ugnen i 15 minuter.
Servera nygräddade med smör och kanske ost.
