Iza low sugar and carb, moist banana bread

2 cups whole wheat flour1 tps baking soda2 tps baking powder1/2 tps salt1/2 cup demerara sugar (cane)1/4 cup shortening1 lg egg3/4 cup low fat plain yogurt (or vanilla, but it has more sugar in it)1 tsp vanilla2 medium, mashed banana
Mashed the banana, set aside.
Mix sugar with the shortening. Add the egg, vanilla and yogurt and mix well.
Mix all dry ingredient and add to the egg mixture, and add the banana. Pour in 2 lightly greased loaf pan.
Cook at 350 F for 45-60 min.
Makes 2 bread, app, 10 slices per bread.
