Ginger Peach Crumble

2 15 oz cans peaches in light syrup, drained2 tbsp brown sugar1/2 tsp ground cinnamon1/2 tsp ground ginger1 tbsp lemon juice8 gingersnap cookies, crumbled
Preheat oven to 425. Arrange peaches in a 8" square baking dish. Sprinkle wth brown sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Top with crumbled gingersnaps. Bake for about 20 minutes, until peaches are bubbling. Serve warm or at room temperature.
