Ingredients
2 15-ounce cans of Kroger Blackeye Peas, rinsed and drained1 15-ounce can of Kroger Black Beans, rinsed and drained1 10 ounce ca of Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies Original (Rotel), partially drained leaving about half the juice1 11 ounce can of Kroger Sweet Golden Corn, Whole Kernels, drained1/2 purple onion, choppedJuice of ONE large lime1/3 to 1/2 bunch of cilantro, choppedLawry's Seasoned Salt, to tasteBlack Pepper, fresh ground
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl gently, to avoid breaking up beans. Refrigerate in sealed container for 4 hours or more prior to serving.

Prepared as listed yields 16 1/2 cup servings.

    This recipie is very similr to one I make but lost. Since I don't like black eyed peas so much I switched the amounts of the beans - 2 cans black beans. I served it over brown rice with additional salsa. The lime is a great addition! Good stuff. Thanks for sharing. - 9/24/09
