Tuscan-style meatballs (with ground turkey)

Ingredients
1 egg, slightly beaten1c shredded mozzarella cheese (4oz)1/2c Parmesan cheese (2oz)1/2c dry seasoned breadcrumbs1/2 tsp minced garlic dash of black pepper1 pound of ground turkey
Directions
*preheat oven to 350 degrees (F). Line a baking sheet with lips/edges with foil, set aside
*in large bowl, combine egg, cheeses, breadcrumbs, garlic and pepper. add turkey. pat into disk shape and score it into 6 equal parts with your hand
*separate the 6 parts, and divide each part into 5 meatballs. Place meatballs on baking sheet.
*bake 20 mins, turning every 5 minutes

My meatballs stuck to the foil, maybe try spraying foil with cooking spray first or use parchment paper.
