Unstuffed Peppers

Ingredients
Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Bell Pepper, Green, 2 medium, dicedOnions, raw, 1 medium, dicedItalian Seasoning, 2 tspSalt, 1/4 tspPepper, black, 1/2 tspTomato, crushed, 2 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup Ground Turkey (Natural, low fat), 16 oz
Directions
Saute turkey over medium heat in skillet with olive oil until browned.
Add green peppers and onion and saute for 5-10 minutes, until vegetables are tender.
Add crushed tomatoes and heat for approx. 2 minutes

Serve over brown rice (additional nutritional info required) and add 1/8 cup of cheese over meal (is included in nutritional value)
