-Multi-Grain English Muffin-Alfredo Sauce 2 Tbsp-Shredded Cheddar Cheese 2 Tbsps-Chicken Breast, No skin, cooked and shredded. 1 Oz
-Cook and Shred the Chicken. You'll need 1 oz of it per muffin.
-Lightly toast muffin.
-Spread 1 Tbps of Sauce on each half of the muffin.
-Now put your Chicken on. 1/2 an oz per half is enough (trust me, its a lot.)
-Last put your cheese on. 1 Tbsp per half.
-Place muffins on pizza pan (I used a baking stone) and Bake at 450 for 10 mins.
One muffin (two halves) is one serving.

I wasn't absolutely loving this like I thought I would from the reviews this got. 1 ounce of chicken was definitely not enough and it's lacking something, I just don't know what. It's a great recipe and I'm grateful for the suggestion, I'm just going to keep working with it to satisfy MY tastebuds - 10/10/09
