Dana's Diet Ravioli with Balsamic Brown Butter

Ingredients
36 Cheese Ravioli6 T. Brummel and Brown 2 T. Butter2 T. Balsamic Vinegar1/2 tsp. salt1/4 freshly ground black pepper1/3 cup toasted chopped walnut1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
Directions
Cook ravioli according to directions on package. Set aside. Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan, cook the brummel and brown and butter over medium heat, about 3 minutes until butter foams and turns a little brown. Turn off the heat. Let cool for about 1 minute and stir in balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. Transfer the ravioli to the pan and stir into butter sauce. Sprinkle walnuts and parmesan cheese over top. Serve immediately!
