12 oz. package medium-firm tofu OR firm SILKEN tofu1/4 c. water3 T. fresh lemon juice1/4 c. miso1/4 c. white vinegar2 T. brown mustard1 tsp. granulated garlic1/2 tsp. EACH salt and pepper4 dashes Louisiana hot sauce
Directions
Simply blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Makes 16 two-tablespoon servings.
