LoCal Beef Tips with Steamed Potatoes

Ingredients
Ingredients:Vegetable Broth, 2 cup Water, 1 cupMushrooms, cooked, .5 cup pieces Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) *Cavender's All Purpose Greek Seasoning, 2 tsp Pepper, black, 2 tsp *Potato, raw, 2 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Beef, top sirloin, Diced 16 oz
Directions
In a medium size pot combine broth, diced meat, mushroom pieces, diced tomato, cavenders, pepper and water. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 90 minutes.

In a separate pot, steam potatoes.
