NicAsh Fruit Smoothie: Mango, Apple, Orange

Ingredients
1 Mango5 Oranges3 Gala Apple2c Nonfat Milk1c Vanilla Nonfat Yogurt
Directions
Using a juice extractor put the Oranges and Apples into it to get the juice.

Put the Mango, Milk and yogurt into a blender and puree.

Combine the 2 mixtures in a juice container.

Shake well and serve.
