Broccoli Chicken Cheese Soup Crockpot Style

2 cups brown rice, uncooked ( Fit & Active instant )5 cups water2 8oz. cans cream of chicken soup2 4oz. boneless, skinless chicken breast6 cups fresh broccoli florets1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, part skim milk shredded
Preheat crockpot on high, once hot add water, uncooked rice, broccoli florets, one can cream of chicken, stir.
Then place chicken on top, and add the other can of cream of chicken soup, place lid on let cook on high untill chicken is done.
Once chicken is done chop up chicken best you can in crockpot.
Then add both cheeses, and stir.
Makes 12 servings ( 1 cup per serving )
