Oatmeal Energy Cookies

Ingredients
2 cups uncooked old fashioned oatmeal4 ounces apple sauce, natural, unsweetened4 egg whites2 scoops whey protein1 cup diced apples
Directions
mix all ingredients in a bowl. portion into 7 cookies and place on baking sheet sprayed with baking spray or use parchment or a silpat. Press each mound into about a 1/2 inch thick disk. Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes or until the edges are golden. A serving is one cookie.
