Spinach Salad with Sundried Tomatoes & Warm Balsamic Dressing

Ingredients
Half a 10 ounce package of spinach2 ounces sundried tomatoes packed in oil4 cloves garlic, crushed2 tsps rosemary leaves, crumbled1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
Directions
Makes 4 1.5-cup servings

Place tomatoes in oil into a small skillet. Heat over medium heat. Add crushed garlic and saute til fragrant. Add rosemary and Balsamic vinegar and cook until it bubbles and reduces slightly. Pour over spinach and toss. Add more Balsamic vinegar to taste.
