Ingredients
1 large zucchini, shredded2 large carrots, shredded1/2 bell pepper, shredded2 tbsp diced scallions1 tbsp minced garlic1 egg1/2 tbsp lite soy sauce1/2 tsp sesame1 tsp gniger root, minced10 egg roll wrappers
Directions
Makes 10 rolls. mix all ingredients and place in wrapper. Roll it up and saute in a wok with sesame oil until browned on both sides.
