Easy Chicken Adobo

Ingredients
4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts 1 Cup water1 Cup soy sauce1 Cup white vinegar
Directions
Place all ingredients in large pot.
Boil 20 - 25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.


(You can use any type of chicken, legs, thighs, wings, etc. The original recipe called for 1 cut up broiler fryer chicken, but I choose boneless skinless for less calories.)
