baked penne with sausage (no cheese on top)

Ingredients
pasta, italian sausage, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, onion, olive oil
Directions
Cook 12 oz penne past aldente and drain.
Cook 1 lb. Italian sausage and 1 cup chopped onion in 2 Tbsp. olive oil
Add 1/2 cup white wine and cook one minute. Stir
Add and simmer 10 minutes: 15 oz. can tomato sauce, 14.5 oz diced tomatoes with garlic, 6 oz. tomato paste
Mix all with pasta.
Place in 9X13 prepared pan. Top with shredded mozzarella if desired. Bake 20 minutes at 350.
