Ground Beef cooked (yield from 1 lb raw)White Rice, short grain, 3 cupTomato juice, with salt added, 48 fl ozPepper, black, 2 tbspChili powder, 1 tbspGreen Pepper, 0.5 cup, choppedOnion, 0.5 cup, chopped
Brown ground beef with green pepper & onion. Drain meat. Wipe skillet off excess fat. Add tomato juice, chili powder & black pepper. Bring to boil. Add rice & ground beef. Turn down to low for 15 minutes. Stir occaisionally.
