3/4 cup Powdered Cream Substitute1 cup Sugar2 Tblsp Cocoa1/4 cup Instant Coffee (Reg or Decaf)
Mix together all ingredients. A small food processor (mini one) is perfect for this as it will blend the ingredients together into a fine powder. Store in an air tight jar or container (I use an old instant coffee jar for mine, but you can put it into a pretty canning or decorative jar to give as a gift!
Place 2 rounded teaspoons in mug/coffee cup and add 6-8 ounces of very hot/boiling water. Stir well to dissolve. Enjoy!
You can substitute Splenda for the sugar, and a low fat powdered creamer to cut the calorie count down. Or you can use one of the flavored powdered creamers to jazz it up even more.
