Oriental Broccoli Slaw

Ingredients
2 Packages Oriental Flavored Ramen Noodles (must be oriental)1 12oz bag Broccoli Slaw1 C Slivered Almonds1 C Craisins3/4 C chopped OnionDressing:1/3 C Vinegar1/4 C Olive Oil1/2 C Splenda1/2 C WaterSeasoning Packets from Ramen Noodles
Directions
Break noodles into small pieces, reserving flavor packets for the dressing. Toss noodles, slaw, almonds, craisins and onions in a large bowl. Set aside and make dressing. Pour dressing over slaw mix.

May be served immediately for extra crunchiness or the next day for a more blended flavor.

Makes about 8 1-cup servings.
