Vegetable Beef Soup

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef 93/7%1 onion, diced32 oz bag frozen mixed veggies2 28 oz cans diced tomato's1 28 can water (enough to cover vegs)1 14 oz can diced rutabaga's, drained & rinsed3 russet potato's, dicedsalt/pepper/garlic to taste, and/or any other seasonings you prefer
Directions
Makes 12 one cup servings, approximately.

In a large pot, brown ground beef and onions, then drain. Add the remaining ingredients, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low/simmer, stir occasionally. I usually let the soup simmer for 1 to 2 hours.
