Cauliflower, raw, 1 head, medium (5-6" dia) (remove)Tofu, extra firm, 200 grams (remove)Salt, 0.25 tsp (remove)Curry powder, 0.5 tsp (remove)Ginger, ground, 0.5 tsp (remove)Garlic, 1 clove (remove)*Canola Oil, 1.5 tbsp (remove)
Grate cauliflower in food processor. Heat oil, add grated ginger, garlic and then put in tofu pieces. After sauteing for a few min add grated cauliflower, salt and curry powder. Stir fry until cauliflower is cooked and light brown. Can be eaten with or without curry like fried rice.
