Ingredients
Directions
1 can (14-3/4 oz) Demings Red Sockeye Salmon8 oz Philadelphia Fat Free Cream Cheese3 T. Heinz Chili Sauce1 t. Lawry's Dried Minced OnionCouple of Tbsp of freshly chopped or driied Parsly (optional)
Use Demings Red Sockeye (canned) Salmon for this recipe. Drain and clean skin from salmon, but leave bones.
Add softened fat free cream cheese (I use Philidelphia brand),. Heinz Chili Sauce and Lawry's dried minced onion. Use a mixer or food processor to mix well. Mixture will be soft, I like to line a fish mold with Saran Wrap, sprinkle parsley on the bottom and then add the salmon mixure. Wrap in Saran and refrigerate until firm (about 10-15 min) and unmold. You can also just put it in a decorative bowl and add parsley to the top then firm in the refrigerator.
Makes 9 1/4-cup servings.
