Chicken Adobo

Ingredients
1 lb chicken thighs1 cup soy sauce6 tbsps vinegar1 clove garlic1 tsp pepper
Directions
Rub chicken thighs with pepper and garlic. Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan. Let boil in medium to high heat then simmer until chicken is cooked.
