Ingredients
2 potatoes cubed2 carrots diced2 stalks celery diced1 cup chick peas wholedry bean,lentil mix from bulk bin 1 cup4 tbsp curry powders&p to taste6-8 cups water or stock
Directions
place all ingredients in crock pot cover with water filling crock pot makes 25 1 cup servings when done add 1 tsp goat cheese or a grilled chicken breast makes excellent healthy gravy when blended and strained and your family won't even know they are having soup!!!! freeze to use all winter or great for pot lucks
