Chicken & Vegetable Stir Fry

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts1 tbsp Wok oil (House of Tsang)1 tbsp Sesame Oil1/2 pepper, diced2 tbsp onion, diced1 tsp ginger, minced2 cloves garlicPoultry seasoningChili Powder1/2 cup sliced carrots2 cups chopped broccoli2 cups chopped squash1/2 tbsp rice vinegar3 tbsp lite soy sauce
Directions
Slice chicken very thinly. Add Sesame oil and Wok Oil to skillet. Saute onions, garlic, ginger and peppers. Season with poultry seasoning and chili powder. When chicken is cooked through, add remaining vegetables, soy sauce and rice vinegar. Saute until vegetables are cooked to your preference. Serve alone or with brown rice or noodles (not included in calorie calc)
