Roasted Asparagus with Garlic

2 Bunches of fresh asparagus, trimmed1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil6 cloves of garlic (I use minced garlic in extra virgin olive oil)1/4 teaspoon of saltpinch of pepper1/2 lemon
In a bowl, toss asparagus with oil and garlic. Arrange asparagus and garlic on a nonstick baking sheet; roast in a preheated 400 oven for 8-10 mins. Turn and roast 5-6 mins longer or until crisp-tender. Remove to serving platter. Sprinklie with salt and pepper. Squeeze lemon over the top.
