Light Chicken Liver Pate

Ingredients
275 grams chicken liver4 pats butter or margarine1 oz dry sherry
Directions
Melt butter/margarine in pan, fairly high heat, add cleaned liver in small pieces, stir a few minutes until no pink is left and then put into a food processor. Deglaze the pan with the sherry and add to the liver. Process until very smooth. Divide into three small ramekins and chill.

    I made it all in the pot --cooked liver till just finish --pink just gone added few pats of butter--then put some red wine in a couple of pours. I just mashed it in the pot---and done - 4/6/21
