Light Chicken Liver Pate

275 grams chicken liver4 pats butter or margarine1 oz dry sherry
Melt butter/margarine in pan, fairly high heat, add cleaned liver in small pieces, stir a few minutes until no pink is left and then put into a food processor. Deglaze the pan with the sherry and add to the liver. Process until very smooth. Divide into three small ramekins and chill.
