Pork Chops with Mushrooms and Brown Rice

Ingredients
6 1oz. center cut port chops, fat trimmed, not cooked1 can Campbell's 98% fat free Cream of Mushroom Soup1 can Campbell's 98% fat free Cream of Chicken Soup1 c. water1 c. canned mushrooms, stems and pieces2 c. instant brown rice, uncookedSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Spray large skillet with non-stick spray. Salt and pepper pork chops and sear on high heat for 1 minute, each side. Reduce heat to medium/low. In separate bowl, mix soups, water, and mushrooms together well. Pour over chops, cover, and simmer approximately 20 minutes. Add rice, cover, and continue simmering until rice is cooked, approximately 10 minutes. Makes 3 servings
