Grilled Lime Pepper Corn

Ingredients
4 ears fresh white or yellow corn1/4 cup fresh lime juice1 tsp. red pepperOlive oil non-stick spray
Directions
Makes 4 servings

Wash, husk and remove silk from corn. Spray each ear liberally with olive oil spray. Brush on lime juice and pepper with grill or pastry brush. Wrap each ear in aluminum foil and grill for 30 minutes.
