Apple-Walnut Chicken Salad

Ingredients
2 roasted boneless, skinless chicken thigh1 medium apple, cored & chopped10 dill pickle slices, chopped1/4 cup chopped walnuts2 tbsp yellow mustard1 tbsp Miracle Whip lightSalt and pepper, taste
Directions
Coarsely chop the chicken, apples, pickles and walnuts. Place in a small bowl and add remaning ingredients. Stir. Serve with crackers, on a bed of salad greens or in a sandwich.
