1 and 1/4 cups whole wheat flour9 teaspoons of artificial sweetener (should equal a little over 2 Tbsp of real sugar)2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt1 beaten egg1 cup skim milk2 Tbsp applesauce
Mix all ingredients and cook on hot skillet.

Yum! I replaced 1/4 c of the ww flour with almond flour, used 1 T of regular sugar and increased the baking powder to 1T. I also added fresh blueberries. The pancakes were fluffy and filling! Next time I'll double the recipe and keep extras in the freezer for before-school breakfast! - 11/2/13
