Ingredients
Directions
1 1/2 lbs ground turkey3/4 c. oatmeal1/4 c. chopped onion1 1/2 tsp salt*1/4 tsp pepper1 c. tomato sauce1 egg
Mix it up with your hands (no other way to do it right), and bake 350 degrees for 1 hour, 15 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting/serving.
[I haven't done it this way but plan to try it: if you bake your meatloaf in a muffin pan, you will have single servings you can freeze so you don't eat the whole meatloaf yourself (folks, I can almost do that). Baking time will be shorter if you use muffin tins]
