yummy healthy bison stew in crockpot

Ingredients
1 lb of ground bison1 cup of onion chopped20-25 baby carrots1.5 cup of celery, chopped1 can of chopped, stewed italian tomatoes2 tsp of PickapeppaSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Sautee onions and then add bison and pickapeppa sauce. Cook until brown. Add carrots, celery, and can of tomatoes to crockpot and add browned meat and onions and 3 cups of vegetable broth. Add herbs and spices and salt and pepper to taste. Stir around and let cook in crockpot until carrots tender - about 4-5 hours. Serving size is 1 cup and serves 12
