1 box Duncan Hines Pineapple Supreme Cake Mix1 1/3 cups water3/4 cup egg beaters egg substitute1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce1 stick light butter1 cup unpacked brown sugar12 pineapple rings - in own juice drained12 marachino cherries
melt butter in 9x12 cake pan. sprinkle with brown sugar. layer pineapple rings across bottom. place a cherry inside each pineapple ring.
Make cake mix using egg beaters and applesauce instead of the eggs and oil called for. Gently pour over fruit in pan. Bake 350° for 40 minutes. Cool in pan 5 minutes. Invert onto heat resistant serving plate.
Cut into 12 servings.
