Ingredients
Beef chuck, arm pot roast, 1.5 lbParsnips, .75 cup slicesCelery, raw, 1 cup, diced*Potato, raw, 1.5 cup diced Onions, raw, 1.5 cup, choppedChicken Broth, 1.5 cup Rice flour, brown, .33 cupThyme, fresh, 2 tspSalt, 1 tbspPepper, black, 1 tsp
Directions
Spray slow-cooker with cooking spray to aid in cleanup later. Add potatoes and beef, sprinkle with rice flour, and combine gently. Add remaining veggies and thyme. Sprinkle salt and pepper, and pour broth over the mixture. Cook on low for at least 10 hours.
