Low Carb Pumpkin Sausage Soup

Ingredients
1lb package low fat turkey sausage(calorie count depends on brand and % fat)1/2 cup diced onion1 Tablespoon Italian seasoning1-2 cups fresh sliced mushrooms1 & 1/2 cup canned pumpkin4 cups chicken broth1/2 cup half and half1/2 cup water
Directions
Brown sausage, drain, then add onion, garlic, mushrooms and seasonings and saute til done.

Add pumpkin and broth to this and stir well,

Simmer 20 minutes.

Stir in half & half and water, simmer on low another 5 minutes or til heated thru.
