Chili Rellenos

Ingredients
3 canned Green Chili's1 Tbs pancake mix2 egg whitesthree thin pieces of Mozzarella cheese cut to langth of green chili's
Directions
Take green chili's and stuff with the mozzarella cheese. Mix egg whites and pancake mix togther whipping till the eggs become frothy with air bubbles. Pour about 2 tbs of mix in a lightly greesed fry pan place stuffed green chili on top of mix that is cooking at a med heat let cook for about 2 minutes then place two more tbs of mix over the top of the green chili let cook untill you can see the side has cooked alittle over half way then flip the relleno over and cook for about 2 more min. Very good served with a little of your favorite green or red enchilata sauce.
