Crab Diavolo over Whole Wheat Garlic Couscous

Ingredients
8 oz imitation crab1 cup canned tomatoes1.5 tbs olive oil4 tbs chopping white onion1 tbs garlic powder1 tsp cayenne pepper1 tbs Italian seasoning3 cups (1 box) prepared Near East Whole Wheat Garlic & Olive oil Couscous
Directions
Sautee onions in olive oil until translucent. Add seasonings/spices. Add tomatoes; juice will evaporate. Mix in crab meat after tomato sauce has thickened. While crab and tomato sauce is simmering and thickening, in a separate pot, make couscous; see directions on box. Once couscous is prepared, mix in with crab mixture. Serve hot, serves 4
