Vanishing oatmeal cookies without raisins

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Quaker oats3/4 cup flour1/2 packed brown sugar1/2 cup granulated sugar1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp salt1/2 cup olive oil1 egg1/2 tsp vanilla
Directions
1. Preheat oven at 350
2. Beat together sugars and oil until creamy
3. Add egg and vanilla and beat well
4. Combine dry ingredients and add to other ingredients, mix well.
5. Stir in oats.
