Potato Waffles

Ingredients
4 large Potatoes (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) 1 cup Onions, raw, chopped1 cup Flour, white 0.5 tsp Salt2 Eggs, fresh, medium 1 tbsp Canola Oil
Directions
1. Grate or grind the potatoes.

2. Mix with the onions, the eggs, the salt, the flour and the oil until you have like a pancake dough.

3. Put on the waffle machine and don't let them burn.

4. Serve with stewed apple, apple compote or apple sauce.

Makes 4 waffles (1 waffle per serving)
