beef tip dinner

Ingredients
1.5 pounds of beef cubed1/2 cup chopped bell peppers1/2 cup onion1.5 TSP minced garlic2 TBS EV olive oil1.5 cup water2 tsp flour4 medium potatoes
Directions
heat oil in a skillet, saute onions peppers and garlic. remove from pan and add beef. Brown beef, add sauted veggies and water. cover and bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer about an hour.
mix flour with a small amount of water to make a paste and add to beef, stir until thichened.

Meanwhile boil potatoes until done and mash. Add salt and pepper to taste.
To serve, put beef and gravy over potatoes and enjoy.
