Steak and Pepper Stir Fry

Ingredients
220 grams lean beef steak1 medium onion diced2 cup red pepper diced1 cup green pepper diced1 TBSP soy sauce2 TBSP terriyaki sauce
Directions
Spray a frying pan with non stick spray and fry steak and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer red and onion is soft.

Add peppers and cook until tender, but still bright in colour.

Add sauces and cook until all is done approx 20 minutes
