Cranberry White Chocolate Shortbread Cookies

Ingredients
2 Cups of Butter (4 Sticks) Softened1 Cup Sugar4 Cups all-purpose Flour3/4 Cup White Chocolate Chips1 1/2 Cups of dried Cranberries
Directions
Preheat oven to 350

Beat butter and sugar in a large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. Add flour and mix well. Stir in chopped chocolate and cranberries.

Drop by rounded tablespoons 2 inches apart on an ungreased baking sheets. Flatten each ball slightly.

Bake 10 - 14 minutes or until lightly browned.

Cool 5 minutes on baking sheet then remove to wire rack and cool completely.
