Warming Lentil Patties

Ingredients
* Lentils, 2 cup * Mashed Potatoes, 1 cup * Carrots, raw, 1 cup, grated * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped * Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced * Salt, 1 tsp * *Sesame Seeds, 1 tbsp * Pepper, black, 1 tsp * *Cumin seed, 1 tbsp * *Coriander seed, 1 tbsp * **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 2 tbsp * Water, tap, .25 cup (8 fl oz)
Directions
- Mix flax meal with water and allow it to sit for five minutes before using
-Combine flax with rest of ingredients in a bowl. Mix well.
-Shape into patties, or press into metal egg rings on an oiled pan or grill.
